Incompetent Customer Service

I have used CVS Specialty 6 times for a prescription called Tremfya. This medication needs to be taken every 2 months on time.

I always place my order 2 weeks in advance, because CVS has made errors on every order. I usually have to call them 5 or 6 times before they get it right.

I was supposed to take my last dose last weekend, this time even allowing myself 2 weeks, they missed my shipment, even after multiple phone calls begging them to get the drug to me by last Friday. This is the first time, they didn't ship the drug and I missed my injection date.

I am contacting my attorney and I will be suing them, which I expressed to them on 2 of my last 3 phone calls.

I just called a different Special Pharmacy, Accredo today and they are sending me Tremfya by Thursday.
