Yes you get generic substitution, but they ask you if you would rather wait for brand name. They are not the fastest (about 20 days) but they are never late. They have delivered to me at different addresses around the world. They are a true pharmacy, they don't scam you but you can't scam them. They only do real medicine for real problems, and they check your order with a doctor. They do a good job, they help people, they are in the business to make money by doing what they say and being as good as their word. Good people like these deserve a good rep from happy customers like me. All Saints Clinic, unrelated, is also a good pharmacy too. Only one problem, their range is restricted at Goldpharma because they are strict about following the law, so they either don't offer too-good-to-be-true stuff, or when the law changes, they take down some controversial products. But at least they are honest and treat you right. No payment problems either, they are costly, but I think reliability is worth it.
