poor customer service and attitude
The customer service here is REALLY poor. Have spent thousands of dollars with these people over the years and don't seem to care. They had an attitude with me after mis-shipping something and wanted me to cover the cost to resend it internationally, which would have been more than than the cost of the product itself. Did nothing to try and accommodate a loyal customer.
