Bad benzodiazepines

Recommended Pharmacies on Pharmacy Reviewer

@jaders the only one I know of would be potentially trams, presumably because of the SSRI effect but that's an educated guess based on high doses of some SSRIs causing insomnia (personal experience and definitely not scientific fact!)

@JenniferP this is definitely getting worse. In the UK "street benzos" 15 years ago were the rejected pills from legitimate factories either stolen or sold by a inside factory worker. The odd chalky Indian generic diazepam depending on where you sourced from but diazepam raw ingredient was cheap back then before the clamp down. Now street diazepam can be paracetamol with some kind of legal high style benzo imported from Timbuktu or filled with flub. Times have changed for the worse, the market is a demanding one for people who struggle and can't get a prescription which makes it easier for shady people to profit.

@Zen_Life I had a conversation with someone online who also agreed that there could be an issue with (I won't mention countries unless I break rules or cause any upset) certain countries trying to weaken people who don't know what they are taking. I know of someone who had a pill press and for years his supplier sent exactly what he asked for, until he didn't. He sent fentanyl instead of diazepam powder, after years of testing the raws before pressing the guy became sloppy and ended up being black listed after killing however many people with his branded "diazepam". I have heard of other stories similar but this was the craziest one I have heard yet.

It's the research chemical market for novel benzodiazepines that is a factor as well. Bromazolam was a hot one over the summer and there's always new ones in the pipeline to flood the market. In some cases they get banned as soon as they come out. But from my understanding there is nearly countless potential benzodiazepine-type molecules that can be created in the lab. And if you're getting any sort of pressed pill that doesn't come directly from the pharmaceutical companies then the chances are it will contain a benzo analogue "designer drug" of some kind.

I WONT buy loose bnz as EVERY time I have they’ve been chalk in the case of MSJ Diaz and 2mg bars or that REALLY sweet diazepam doing the rounds!.
In Glasgow they call the Diaz Street and it’s VERY dangerous with people going over on them taking handfuls of them at 40 or 50 for £20!.
I just refuse to use these things!,although I have had faked blisters as well so it’s always possible to but fake blistered meds as well although less likely imoa.

Has anyone tried the Zepam brand diazepam? How are they?
Yeah I used to buy Zepam and they were always of good quality, then the prices upped a bit and I changed the brand/supplier.
There’s one source here that sells Zepam in 5mg or 10mg strengths atm btw @Dboc80 on the seniors section

Does anyone know what the deal is with the Temazepam having the "TEM 20" mark on one side, split in 2 halves on the other? I heard from a friend that the Teva ones don't have those markings and they were concerned about ones they'd got. I did some research and they were doing the rounds a few years ago, flagged as having flub or brom in them. They appear to be back, or maybe there was so many produced that they're still around, or it's someone with the same press who knows how to produce blisters (which coincidentally all have an off-centre print), no idea.

Almost all the wedinos results for Teva temaz have confirmed this is likely, with some containing no active ingredients, some with flub, brom, etizolam, most concerningly metonitazene was detected in one. I haven't found a single result for a press matching the description that was genuine. I wondered if anyone had any experience with them. I'll most likely suggest they bin them.

@sherbet sorry I’ve not noticed the ones you speak of?.
I’ve about given up with temaz as since the Eggs stopped being produced MANY years back they honestly have little effect on me.I MUCH prefer uk Nitraz 5mg moggies the 10mg Indian ones not so much tbh.
Sorry I couldn’t help anymore on the TMZ tho @sherbet

@JenniferP I'm curious how much etizolam did they put in each pill! Because even if they pressed the entire thing out of nothing but etizolam, it wouldn't be a fatal overdose. So something just doesn't add up to me..

If you're interested Deanzer, turns out the latest batch contained absolutely nothing at all. Knowing what I know now, I definitely wouldn't trust anything claiming to be Temazepam in the UK.

Maybe people might get lucky, the eggs do still seem to be in production elsewhere and they're of course harder to fake because it's not like anyone can just get hold of a press and do whatever as they can with pills, but since they're so rare and to my knowledge not prescribed here any more it just wouldn't be worth the risk. It's a shame but perhaps for the best in my case as I've heard they can be moreish to say the least!

Sorry I couldn't find any better quality pics but these are the ones to watch out for - print on the packaging is off-center and the markings aren't matching with the brand. Seems to all come from the same press and same blisters, which is wild since on further research they've been around for years and they still look exactly the same but containing a vastly different range of ingredients. Definitely no Temazepam in any of them though, that much is certain!

@sherbet That really doesn’t surprise me I’ve had Temazepam from the pharmacy that’s hardly done anything?.
I’ve also had eggs that cost a fair amount that I sent back as the dates had been cut off and they must’ve been outa date?.
They did give me a refund however,I’m finished trying to get eggs they’re a thing I’d love to time travel back for but any I’ve managed to get have been poor tbh.

I agree and others have said the same. It doesn't make sense at all. I saw something on the news the other day about a similar situation - someone took Xanax and OD'd because it also contained Fentanyl. This was cartel-related and the reporter asked a medical expert why would a cartel (or anyone) want to purposefully kill customers. The response was "there is always someone else wanting product." It has to be sloppy manufacturing, because as you said, people who need those drugs need them for entirely reasons (opioids = pain; benzos = anxiety/sleep) and they affect different receptors in the brain. I don't know why you want to take them both together. I would think they would somehow counter-act and not be (as) effective. Maybe if you are chasing some kind of high? I don't know enough scientifically to understand, let alone explain. Maybe someone else can help us both?
This is a reply to an older post. I don't know if anyone answered this question before. However, the answer is worth repeating.
There is an interaction between benzos and opiates that suppresses respiration. You can OD and literally die of oxygen starvation. Not everyone will have the same degree of reaction- differing tolerances to the meds, etc. etc.
But something to take verrry seriously.
