One thing I learned last time I took a drug test as my Dr requires one for certain Anxiety time medication.... By habit I figured I would drink alot of water before taking it. One think I learned by drinking lots of water it lowers your creatinine levels which are measured on the test as well. It's a easy way for tester to tell you are trying to dilute your urine

What you do is drink a shit ton of water and pee a few times. Then, you re-hydrate with one of those toxic flush drinks, pee once or twice more, than go for it. Those flush drinks will help clear remaining "toxins" (sorry, opiates ain't toxins in my world view) and they have creatine and other stuff that normally shows up in urine.

@GreenThumb This is the way, was on state po for 12yrs....this is the way. If it a in house test, they don't measure shit except the drugs. If it's sent to a lab that's when they measure things.

Have a UA coming this Monday. I haven’t taken anything but what I am supposed to have in me for 10 days. Shouldn’t I be “good to go” after that long?
Geez I haven’t been asked to do this for a about seven years…
Depends on your body weight and what drugs your taking.
I took a full U/A 12 days after my last valium and peed clean except for an astounding amount of weed lol.

I know I've heard weed stays in your system forever. I have never found that particular substance helpful to my psyche tho - I wish I did. It'd be a helluva lot cheaper and easier... Nice to know the rest was clean @Snoopz.. I'm just talking about various opioids that I take. I can only have one particular one show up (codeine.) Everything I've read said the rest should be out of my system in four days so 10 should certainly be safe. I guess I'll find out...Have a UA coming this Monday. 4 days could be risky depending on length and quantity used. High sensitivity tests might hit after 7 days or more if you're a long term high dose user, and that's only for urine of course.
Blood will usually last shorter than urine, but there's hair testing that's always a risk too.
Be safe, take precautions, I'd always suggest getting a cleanser product to be safe.

I waited a good 10 days and so it turned out fine. But yeah, I'd rather be safe than sorry...

@phatboy drink too much water and depending on why you are being tested, you could get flagged for adulteration. If it's for criminal supervision, you could get a dirty screen. If it's for an employment test, you will have one chance (typically) to redo. OR if they are a more sophisticated lab they can use a mouth swab or hair follicle--which is way more invasive!
As someone else said with opiates it depends how often you use them?.I’m on a MMT and if I’ve fallen off the wagon and have been using H daily for a while I’ve given a “dirty” sample after not using H for 7 days!.
The moral of the story everyone has different metabolisms mines is slow unfortunately I just need to look at say junk food and I’ll put on weight whereas work colleagues can eat what ever they want and never gain a pound?.
Having said that I work with a couple of guys with ADHD and they’re young enough to be my sons so I think that definitely plays a part.That and age I’d say although I do remember taking otc meds for cystitis and that helped me flush out the opiates quicker?.

Ps most drug tests where I’m from don’t test for subs as I got away with using them for over a year when I worked offshore in the oil industry and my cpn prescribed me them telling me unless they do a special test it won’t show in an average 5 panel test same with the z drugs
