I looked on the forum and found some old links to this IOP but none showing the most recent news.

Apparently they were finally shut down. There was a raid reported three years ago, but nothing came of it. They have been accused of selling fake cancer drugs and other pharmaceuticals. How these people can take your money and send you bunk stuff never ceases to amaze me...but I guess they got what they were asking for. A plea deal and a 34million dollar fine.

Do vendors start of as websites get a client list that they keep in touch with via WhatsApp before getting their sites shut down? That’s what happened with my vendor
