Do You Trust Meds From India?

Recommended Pharmacies on Pharmacy Reviewer

I'm scared. Some people are so poor anything goes. Every time I see scenes of India on tv or in the movies, I feel sick. It's so sad.

A large % od ther meds sold in the US are made outside of the US and in a large number from India. I have ordered direct from There and haven't had and issue.

Meds sold at drug stores are legit, coming from India or anywhere else. But when you buy meds outside the usual supply, you can have a very big surprise, as India (like China) are big counterfeiters.

@CannabiNoid420 gotta find a guy you trust. Had one for years and he disappeared. They seem to disappear faster than the EU guys. Still looking to get some Indian made x*n*x --they were the best but can't find another reliable guy.

the guy had **4u* in his handle. Don't know if that's an Indian thing or if he sold his customers emails. It's been years and am still getting spams for software, electronics etc and a lot of them have *4u* in their trade name.

@mallaidh The 4U is quite common, I usually avoid the over used sales handle myself. Although we have geniune pharmacies in the UK using thwt name although, they aren't vendors for us.

I have not ordered from India in quite some time but I never used to have a problem. Things are so cheap there that most stuff is not faked.

The meds from India not bad (prosoma) matter of fact I just reviewed an order in eight days that was a big surprise l mean big —-so it’s going good with India Meds ( still in shock) 👍💯

Many years back when it was easy to order meds from Karachi (Golden years) they were all ways good and Very Cheap!.
I’ve said in another thread there used to be a few sites with Martin dow or Roche that were from Karachi and I never had any issues with them👌.Also the Xanax (Onax) 2mg bars were lovely too I just wish I bought even bigger as I thought it wouldn’t ever be a problem getting them?.On the other hand I was a little worried they’d make it as the packaging was so sketchy that once I had to sign for a parcel wrapped in what looked like a turban tied with string!!!.Let’s just say I left it for a day or two before I opened it as I was thinking the door might go in at any time as I couldn’t imagine how it made it through customs especially as the vendor had included a “gift” of 500 yellow 5mg “stars” which ended up getting flushed down the loo as god only knows what they were but they weren’t the advertised 5mg Diaz?.So bad I wouldn’t even give them away as I couldn’t live with myself if I gifted someone some and they became I’ll in any way?.However the 10mg Diaz and 2mg bars were quality👌👌

I've had good luck. Tons of scams from there and sometimes my soma 750s aren't always accurate. But hey its pretty cheap, and it always landed for me. I remember the pre-etizolam ban days, people would still be arguing if etizest or etilaam were the best lol

generally they have been pretty good and i haven't had an issues just the mail takes such a long time. I dont think ive ever been scammed. I like the sites that offer free samples beforehand or if you can order small quantities, most sites should do this

Yeah I used to LOVE a free pre order sample😃,I used to get 20 of everything I wanted to try before I buy offer!.That was the great thing you’d find out what worked for you and what didn’t do much👍.I ALL WAYS made an order though I was never what they called a sample hunter!.I mean no much wonder vendors stopped sending samples as some people would ask everyone for a sample and never ordered, spoiled it for everyone as the pills maybe cheap as chips but shipping ect made vendors wary of sending so I used to cover the postage and told them what I liked and thought were weak before an order👌.

the last company i tried from uk gave 20 samples

I've always been skeptical of free samples. Whether my skepticism is reasonable or not, I don't know.

Free samples were a big thing on DBG, and I don't trust almost anything from DBG, so that's....an iffy reason, at best.

It's two separate shipments, which increases risk, but given how often we all order, that's probably a negligible increase.

I've heard stories of people receiving great free samples, but then they order, only to get something of lesser quality (the samples were actually oxy, but the regular product is tramadol)---or, worse, the paid shipment turns out to be pressed pills. I'm pretty sure some of these stories were on this forum, not just DBG.

Freebies seem all too easy (by design?) to cultivate an unearned trust in the vendor. I guess that's why it seems shady to me. If the vendor has a good product, they shouldn't need to send me free samples before I order. Their reputation should speak for itself.

Just a vague personal feeling about it. I'm not at all sure I'm right.

I do have vendors send me freebies. Pretty often, actually. They'll just round up my order, which is a significant savings over time. But those are vendors I've already established a relationship with. Sometimes I round up my payment, too---a tip for good service. But I never overpay a vendor on the first transaction with them.

Something about it just squicks me out. It's fine to hand out samples of crackers or bratwurst at the grocery store, but this is a very Wild West market, where mistakes (or bad actors) can have serious physical and/or financial consequences to us!

Or maybe I'm just being paranoid. I'm not sure.

@nobknee The meds in India are penny’s so for anti anxiety meds they work fine,I just find them to be a little weaker. If you find a reliable source they’re MORE than happy to do business with you as a valued customer

Ps there are MANY scammers too but most want business

I have used many different Indian meds over the yrs. most were manufactured for the major players but even the ones I wasnt familiar with were all good. that said it was yrs ago and everything has changed...

@alumni I have never once had fake meds from India. My Pfizer Ativan (though 25% understrength - only 2mg and not the 2.5mg Weare dispensed in the West), diazepam (Currently Consern Diazeco-10) and Soma - India is one of only about 3 countries which has not yet banned it - "Pain-O-Soma brand, Wallace Carisoma seems unobtainable these days... I have used these sources since 2002 and they always arrive in large Tupperware tubs, in original boxes and every blister bears Gujjrati State blue stamp showing batch number, expiry date and MRP. India I have always fount excellent for good quality real branded meds, though I've been trying to find a supplier of Torrent 2mg water-dispersible CLONOTRIL-2 for a while now. Not as good as Abbott/Piramal Roche licenced Rivotril but much faster-acting.
Moda man used to do the torrent clonotril (Bannanakins) ones but he has or had a terrible attitude and I only ever ordered once from him in India years ago.Speak about an attitude problem and I’m sure there’s a thread here about him. When I 1st ordered he was VERY responsible and when I asked him again for an order his prices had doubled which I just didn’t understand and speak about up himself?.He either liked you or hated you it seemed?,perhaps getting high on his own supply?.I don’t think he still operates these days though?.

Yes Indian prices have skyrocketed! I mean more than doubled in the last few years.

here are several reasons why you should not trust buying online prescription medication from India:

  1. Counterfeit drugs: A study by the World Health Organization found that up to 70% of online drugs sold in developing countries are counterfeit. These drugs may contain dangerous ingredients or may not contain the active ingredient at all, putting your health at risk.

  2. Lack of regulation: Online pharmacies in India are not subject to the same regulations as pharmacies in developed countries. This means that there is no guarantee that the drugs they sell are safe or effective. The Indian government has taken steps to crack down on the sale of counterfeit drugs, but the problem is still widespread.
  3. Shipping risks: Prescription drugs can be dangerous if they are not stored properly. When you buy drugs online, you have no control over how they are shipped or stored. This could mean that the drugs are exposed to extreme temperatures or other conditions that could render them ineffective or even dangerous.
  4. Difficulty returning drugs: If you have a problem with a drug that you buy online, it can be difficult to return it. This is because online pharmacies are often located in other countries and may not have a return policy.
  5. Communication barriers: Communicating with online pharmacies in India can be challenging, as there may be language barriers and cultural differences. This can make it difficult to get the information you need about the drugs you are buying.
  6. Unlicensed pharmacies: Many online pharmacies in India are unlicensed, meaning that they are not legally allowed to sell prescription drugs. This increases the risk that you will receive counterfeit or ineffective drugs.

@elizabeth02 I buy from indiamart, found a few people there who I bartered with. Yeah they cost more but the best part is that it has US to US shipping. So to me, the extra bucks are a paint in the rear, but sometimes, when ya gotta have it....Get this, my own Dentist- refuses to even prescribe T3 to patients, I mean I was rolling around her floor and wrote a script of ibuprofen. Was so tempted to hit her over the head with her xray machine. Back to india, I'd be leary of bootlegging but I have had good luck with them in the past 5 months.
I would really love a decently priced somebody or other. To be honest, the best people are probably going to deal on a pm basis.
