I was just wondering what the next drug they are going to target as one of abuse will be? It seems like they are always targeting some drug or another.
If it was on the ground with pills still in there, doesn't that seem like it's NOT being abused? I mean, when's the last time anyone found a bottle that had even one hydro/oxy/other opiate on the ground? While walking through an alley way near my house, I saw a pile of clothes and some other items like a bottle with sixteen 100mg gabapentin. I think this is the second time I've found a few in a bottle just on the ground, they must be abused rather moderately around here. I think I'll take a dose and re dose a few hours later to see if the buzz is worth it.
Regarding it's status, it's not a federally controlled substance, but it is a CV in the following states. That's how tramadol was, first was just an Rx drug, then individual states started to schedule it, and in 2014 it was added to the federal CSA. Nuerontin is just controlled in the following states:
- Alabama.
- Kentucky.
- Michigan.
- North Dakota.
- Tennessee.
- Virginia.
- West Virginia.
We have some things in common, I do this as well. I found a bag of weed in a Cig box once, also money, other things. Pharmacy Dumpster diving were where my best scores were. The gallon or two quart Tussionex bottles are the best thing to find in the entire dumpster of possible things, because it's very viscous, so even an empty bottle will have a good buzz just stuck to the sides. Rinse and enjoy. I found Lortab with coffee spilled on, and Soma I would find. I only found Valium twice.I always pick up cigarette packs on the sidewalk, worst case scenario you're picking up litter and occasionally there's a surprise in there
DAMN! That's a score! I wish I could get that lucky!@BKittie believe it or not I have on 2 occasions, about a decade ago I lived in an apartment building near a college so the end of every semester many people would move out and there'd be a bunch of stuff by the dumpster I'd always check and grab things that I'd be able to sell for a few bucks on craigslist people would leave things like perfectly functional vacuums, bicycles, etc. One year when snooping around for anything of value I opened a shoebox on top of a pile of boxes and someone threw out their unused prescription meds. There was a nearly full bottle of tramadol, hydrocodone 7.5mg with 6 left, full bottle of gabapentin, over a dozen xanaflex, and 2 lone .5mg ativan, as well as some antibiotics, Tylenol, and a few other common meds. Needless to say I grabbed the whole shoebox and took it to my apartment right quick in a hurry.
The other time was just walking down the street and I picked up a cigarette pack on the ground and it had 8 15mg green oxycodone pills in a baggie in there.
