@billyboy1965 I agree with you there, but is there some reason most doctor's nearly drill it into your brain every visit? I have to admit even in the midst of my severe pain flare-up going down three flights of stairs in my bldg., walking around the neighborhood a bit, and going back up the stairs does wonders. It gets my heart rate up and the cool down is relaxing. I'm even slightly distracted by the pain. Oh snap, I think I just answered my own question. Nevermind B.
