Don't worry I'm not a trader or will ever aspire to be.
The username was a stupid choice with hindsight 8 years after signing up.
It actually is just a joke nickname, I've had hoisted upon my shoulders after a company I once worked for 20 years ago was on the British TV show Rogue Traders about cowboy builders-lol
Which I'm not either!!
Just looking to line up some new vendors, I've lost two recently...

Hey Roguetrader and welcome to the forum.

I wouldn't worry about username at all if I were you. I don't find it odd or unusual and I would have never assumed you were a rogue or a trader based on your username. If I had just seen the name and been asked about it, I might have thought it perhaps had to do with a video game. In my view, it's a fine username.

I hope you enjoy your time here and that you will be able to find the information that you are looking for.

Hi RogueT,
I looked through your posts and you seem in a very similar situation to me. I'm also in the UK and also joined in 2015 (looks like a month after you!) and never posted because I found reliable vendors. And now, I've had 2 appalling orders of what were supposed to be di@z (Galen brand, which was really reliable for years!).

Ironically, there seem to be a lot of traders turned rogue recently and sending crap or just disappearing. I hope we are both able to find new vendors. Fingers' crossed. It's such a hassle having to research this all again.
