I placed and paid for an order back in May. After several emails I was told I would have to wait until 19 July for the shipment. Still nothing received so asked for a refund which I was advised would be difficult to do so have gone the new shipment route. Anyone else having problems?

I did back in may ...they said that shipments from India were blocked and they were looking for alternatives ...I received meds from Slovenia eventually was not impressed with efficacy of them ...they are quite pricey as well ...not easy trying to find reliable vendor these days

I used them for years, and always had basically good service, and it was great that you could call them at any time and also make phone orders. @trish5959, you're senior and can find better, although I can't make the recommendation. It's easy to find several that are better price-wise, and don't have the India problem, which seems to be getting worse. I did have to use them once in April, after stopping them for a year, and the order was successful, but that was rather an urgent time for other popular vendors. I think it highly unlikely I'll use them again, but I do appreciate their fine service for years, and they're always there, it seems. There are differing opinions on them, though.

In the past, I got reship or refund, they used to give you a choice. If even that's a problem--to refund you, which it can't really be--then some things have changed, and their payment methods were always changing, from one cc to another, and then to e-check only in some cases, which delays the processing.
@Lordy, you just have to work up to senior status, and you're not far away from it. There are just more options, and I agree Medstore has always been pricey (although one or two are even twice Medstore, but I think I can't mention those, they may only be in Senior).

I myself was Senior for a full year before even looking at the options, I am that lazy sometimes. One of the nicest people on the Shipping/Tracking threads, @Mira, told me she'd done the same thing, not realizing how she could cut her payment in half, BUT... you really can't research those alternatives till you're senior. Sometimes this pisses people off, having to have enough posts under your belt, but so what. That's the way it works, and you just do it that way.

Yes seems to be the majority of all India products are no longer avaliable. The last time I used medstore online was in May and the product the sent was from Pakistan. It was pretty worthless. They do have fine customer service and did reship but that was seized in customs which was a first for me. I chalk it up to a learning experience.

I've recently ordered from Medstore, I was forced to order from here because the place I was using was no longer able to fill. I as well received the tramadol from the same location. But I don't know about worthless, maybe weak?
Due to this I was forced to come back to the drawing bored again. Medstore was the place that allowed me to feel comfortable ordering from India. When I found cheaper places it was great. Now it's becoming difficult.
Does anyone know of other origins that are good on tramadol. I don't mean as a source to go to order. I mean origin of trams which are good. For example Trams from india where good. I don't know if Trams from Mexico, or Trams from
another part of the world are good.

Well, the website is loading for me. I think the Admins would have to update the URL on the TOP RATED section, instead of it ending with .top it has been changed to .pro

Yup, my experience as well. That's too bad. They were good for so many years. But unfortunately we're starting to see this trend more and more. Best of luck to everyone!

My order finally came through after months of going back and forth with emails from various people, none of whom seemed to know what the other people were posting. Just from my experience, there are better vendors out there.

I keep getting emails from them although interestingly, each service officer (or whatever their title is) states their work hours so I gather their pay is based on commission. Keep in contact with a customer, make more money. This has lead to lots of confusion in the past few months about what is really happening with an order. Will have a look at their site, reply to latest emails and let you know what I can find out.

So my first ever order from a top rated pharm here I spoke of in July came in 12 days. They were efficient but I’m surprised my product didn’t fall out of the box. They sent P.O.S brand, not the one listed on their site. Fine with me. I checked the site last night and they don’t take my type of cc anymore. So I placed a small order this morning with another site here. We’ll see. Now the kicker.... I received a SUPRIZE delivery this afternoon from a May! order from my fav vendor that had went silent. Shocked! It’s still the best brand MR for me and they also carry another med I’m pscribed for affects of sleep apnea. This may good news for others whose orders went missing from this source.

Hello all. Forgive me if I violate any protocols as i am a newb to this forum.
Last year i used goldpharm.com without difficulty, i see now the address has slightly changed. Not a big deal but all the medications have a lock symbol that says unlock but nothing happens when i click it.
I have a terminal illness and as i have yet to make the switch to hospice am looking for any online pharmacy where i might be able to get IV Phenergan/Promethazine, multivitamin vials to add to saline bags, IV Benadryl and one liter IV 0.9% saline bags that don't cost an arm and a leg. All help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you mean by the "sent one of their one-hit wonders to shill PR..." so sorry if I'm missing something important, but just wanted to add my .02 cents on the topic.

Ive had overall very good experiences with them, regardless of the domain changes, etc. Not the cheapest and not always the quickest (although sometimes they're very quick), but quality and generally good customer service actually. I haven't had any issues since the recent change in domain, seems to be back exactly how it was just at the new address (which they do every so often).

Im sure everyone has their own experience with different vendors but just wanted to add that they're not all bad from those guys, in my experience at least.

I ordered and received in 18 days, which is faster than expected. It was posted from EU.
No tape or adhesive to keep the package closed.
They gave me 10 extra either on purpose or accident.
I paid the horribly high price for Rivotril, which I assumed would be manufactured by Roche.
Wrong. Galenika.
Compared to Roche, the scoring is not as deep.
Physical resemblance of actual tablet is similar to an Indian brand I once purchased while traveling in India, but not the blister package - it is different.
Taste is inconclusive. I usually chew an entire 2mg tablet, I only took 1/4 of one to see if I could taste.
Shimmer / light reflection in direct sunlight is identical to Roche.
I've been taking clonazepam for decades.
If I have a seizure tomorrow or the next day I'll know it is fake - that's my purity test. I am incapable of feeling any euphoric or relaxed effects after this many years. If I never report back, well that's one way you will know if it is bunk.
The day after I ordered the .pro part of website changed. I think I have an email with the current URL where they had me make payment. Website is identical in appearance with same phone number.
Update: I woke up at 4 feeling anxious and nauseated as I often do when I forget to take a dose. But it is probably do to me only taking 1.5mg at bedtime, so far no signs of seizure like activity. Seems to be legit so far. Taste was close to as expected.
By all means get to 60 posts and whatever other hurdles to get to senior area to find a more reasonably priced IOP. I'll keep them as a backup and never let myself get below a 180 day supply again.

I placed an order with Medstore on 1/08/2019, it was my 7th time ordering from them over the last 2 years. I have never had any issues at all, good customer service, shipping took as long as they said it would each time, give or take a couple days. Now this time is different, their site says my order shipped out on 1/25/2019, yet I still haven't received it. I have tried emailing them, it bounces back. I have tried their online chat, which never failed before, now they aren't available and I have to leave an email message. It was supposedly sent by Airmail Service, I see a tracking number but it's not working (I don't think they have ever really been trackable with this company which wasn't an issue, until now). I will update this thread when I get any further info or update. At this point I would advise not to use them, but they were my go to biz for the last 2 years. It's unfortunate.

This IOP appears to have reconstituted yet again under the name www medstore-online in. . I only glanced at the site, and while it certainly does look familiar to its previous iterations, DO NOT TAKE THIS POST AS ANYTHING MORE THAN THE COURTESY UPDATE OF THE NEW URL.

I have NOT used this vendor in many years, so I have NO CURRENT EXPERIENCE!
