Tap is an important part of my regimen as it keeps my tram tolerance in check. Otherwise I'd probably be ever increasing how much tram I need to take. Have been able to keep both at around 100mg.

do you worry about getting addicted to tap?
coming from someone that also took tram but switched over occasionally

I think it's safe to say I need one or the other. Much prefer Tram, but I try not to go too many weeks on it and will switch to Tap for as long as I can. Not on any kind of strict exact regimen. Just trying to keep the truck on the road.
