I had a good cry after watching a sad true story movie last night.
I woke up smiling at how a good cry can refresh your emotions.

Also happy at the loyalty from people when unexpected or assumed. The world is full of good people and thats definitely something to remember and smile about.

I love snow and the winters have been warm lately. But today we got sone snow covering the ground. That, always puts a smile on my face!

I’ve become a ridiculous tomato-growing fanatic . I start my own seeds inside and until frost…it truly gives me a reason to get out of bed and a purpose ! And today I went into my sunny guest room with my starting trays on their heat mats and there were a hundred little sprouts unfurling out of the dirt ! I squealed in delight !

I discovered that you can buy full-sized paper towels again! The rolls are two half ones, one full one, two half ones, one full one. That made me smile because the half-sized ones are never big enough!

Having coffee this morning. Ran out due to HUGE snowstorm but DH managed to get to the store yesterday and buy me some. As @Binky posted a couple of weeks ago -- sometimes it's the little things.

It's Saturday !!!! I have the day completely free, in complete solitude, in a safe environment. I am completely undisturbed by anyone or anything...nothing pressing upon me (today). I am in full "retreat mode". Since I am a true introvert, this time alone, privacy in the sanctuary of my home, is precious and restorative, physically and mentally. I wish I knew how to feel this free and peaceful, in the presence of others, and in the face of "real life" and the demands of living properly and successfully in today's world. Tomorrow I have responsibilities, and I will show up. So just for now, just for today, I can enjoy my peace and solitude...which makes me SMIILE !!!
