What series have you binge watched lately?

I have just started Top Boy on Netflix. I watched the first three episodes last night and it's amazing. I will most likely have finished every episode by next week. I like to find a show and watch only that thing until it's finished until I move onto the next show! My boy has been watching Red Dwarf and that is also a great show!

Forgot about Top Boy. Can be hard to follow for an American but still excellent.

For British comedy, I just love Back with Mitchell and Webb. Shame they only made two series, so difficult to binge.

Been watching Naked Attraction on Max (aka HboMax). It is an unusual dating program whereby the contestant picks a date from one of 6 completely naked people. It is a very interesting and entertaining series. Check it out.

Barry - season 1-4. Season 4 finally was a bit of a let down tbh. but a great show none the less.
More serious but still dark; MR Inbetween. - Amazing bit of TV comparable to shows I love like BCS and BB.
I haven't been able to bring myself to watch the 4th season of Barry. The first two seasons were dark, but they were so much fun - and often laugh out loud funny ! The 3rd season stayed dark, and while the acting and story line was great - the fun aspect just wasn't there. I love Bill Hader, and I read interviews with him about how he wasn't going to sell out and go for a Hollywood ending in S4, and I respect him for that. I will watch it eventually, but just not ready yet lol. And Mr. Inbetween is amazing ! It's too bad because it's a show that not many people know about. But there's so many great characters and the actors are just amazing - led by creator, writer, and star Scott Ryan. I really hope more people discover this show, because it deserves a bigger audience and more recognition.

If you like scifi, I would highly recommend The Expanse (5+1/2 seasons, on Prime Video.) Very smart show, very character and story-driven. Original, not a ST or SW takeoff at all. Written for TV with the authors of the original book series. Just plod through the first 2 ep.s of S1, they seem slow but are important to set up everything that comes after!

I'm currently rewatching every episode of CHUCK. I generally stay away from tv comedies and romance, but this series helps me relax.
I favor science fiction, and agree with another poster that THE EXPANSE is one of the best "hard tech" science fiction series ever made. The novels that the show is based on are even better.

I really enjoyed Only Murders in the Building with Steve Martin & Martin Short. This was season 3 and had several real professional actors like Meryl Streep. Just an easy watch and I did binge watch it, just because. Its on the Hulu channel.

Hope everyone on the board is doing well.

I rewatched ARMEGEDDON today, and it reminded me of how much I love Bruce Willis, and how terrible I feel regarding him coming down with Alzheimer's disease. (My Aunt died from it, as did my Mother. And I see evidence that many of the best and brightest that my Dad used to work with are showing signs of it. Of course, when a victim is halfway thru the disease the families seem to close ranks and keep him or her out of sight. So the true cost and range of the disease are hidden from the general public.)

So allow me to add one more TV series.....

Moonlighting is an American comedy drama television series that aired on ABC from March 3, 1985, to May 14, 1989. The network aired a total of 67 episodes.[1] Starring Cybill Shepherd and Bruce Willis as private detectives, and Allyce Beasley as their quirky receptionist, the show was a mixture of drama, comedy, mystery, and romance, and was considered to be one of the first successful and influential examples of comedy drama, or "dramedy", emerging as a distinct television genre.

I almost put THE ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN (from the 1950s and early 1960s here) but as I began to type I began to feel really OLD!)

I loved Big Little Lies but the book is even better. I am currently binge watching Shelter. The actors who play the kids are great.

"The Fall of the House of Usher." Always look forward to Mike Flanagan's yearly "spooky" show on Netflix. Though he's now working with HBO for his next project!

Started but didn't manage to finish the series this weekend, but loving it so far!
