Have ordered a few times over the last coupe of years. The diazapam, xanax and zolpidem - excellent quality. The temazapam - not bad, but not great.
Customer service is always very helpful. And I have always received my order.
They are very, very slow. But this is because stuff gets confiscated by customs. HOWEVER, everytime it happened, they resent the product. Once you get it, it is good. One downside is you can only order one product at a time. If you can wait for your product, this is a very good place to order. I have been using them for about five years. Also the customer service is good. They will respond to emails within two days. They do call you to verify it is you ordering.
Ordered 5mg Diazepam sourced from India,after 2 months still not delivered,contacted them several times,got the usual excuse,problems with customs,i persevered for a while,got fed up waiting,even threatened them with a Visa chargeback,still to no avail,so i asked for a refund,which i was informed would be processed within 24 hrs & funds would be back in my account within 1-4 weeks,well it's been nearly 3 weeks now,so i contacted them & got a reply saying their refund limit had been reached & funds would be in my account later this month,i don't trust this outfit & i'm not confident of getting my money back,if i haven't got the refund by the end of the month i'll have to try the chargeback route,but this may not be accepted by my cc company,as Medstore charged my order to a chinese outfit AIP*JSPOLANG DY CO they say that their card processer is in china,so that's why the different name appears on my cc
** update 29/6/18 I now have my funds credited back to my credit card**
But still wouldn't deal with this outfit again, too much hassle
Online has generally been good in the past. With the exception of shipping counterfeit goods (e.g. Lizness... which was supposedly zolpidem) from time to time (they immediately replaced).
However, right now (late May 2018) I am waiting for one order that they say has been stuck in Indian customs for almost a month. No indication on Indian post they have even received an item with the tracking number Online Medstore gave me.
Another two other orders that are two weeks old and approved… But they have not been able to fill for shipping.
While the chat line reps are always as helpful as possible; their story keeps changing (I.e couple of days delay in customs now 2 - 3 weeks).
Concerned they cannot mannage their supply chain or shipping operation . I use this supplier mainly for zolpidem, could use some assistance from a senior member to identify reliable, alternate vendors for this medicine.

Overall, I had a good experience with this seller. Phone ordering is a positive feature (and the bored German order takers are fun to talk weather with). The seller is typical of the state of the online pharmacies available today -- you have to pay up consistency and availability.

I have used Medstore-Online since 2009 and have always found them to be a great, responsive source. I could count on receiving my order within 3 weeks and always good quality. The last 2 orders I have placed, which covers the last 3 months, I've not received my orders without contacting the company. This last order took over a month to even be listed as sent and even though it says sent, I am not able to track it. So basically, everything on this site is the same, except you don't receive your order. I get the feeling that customs is on to them. I will be looking for a new source for now...
I've ordered from this company once a year for 7 or 8 years now. Their 1mg xanax is good, but the 2mg stuff are total duds but I was given a refund on this order so that was okay. If ordering from these people I would make two recommendations that could save you a lot of grief further down the line though. First, buy a burner sim card to place your order, do not give them your personal phone number as they will ring you up every week and also give your number to numerous other pharmacies. Secondly: Order by bank wire transfer or cancel your card shortly after making payment. They simply will not keep your card details safe. The last two times I have ordered my bank has had fraud payments taken from it. The first time it was just a £120 on phone top ups, the second time was much more scary though. They actually rang my phone provider reported my phone lost so they took over my mobile account to obtain security texts to gain access to my bank account!! The banks fraud protection systems picked up on this but I still cost me a couple of hours gaining access back to bothe my phone and then bank account. I suspect the case is that while the company may possibly be genuine they at the very least have rogue elements working for them.
The product and service is all pretty good, just don't give them your personal phone number and if you have to use a card for payment then assume it's security has been compromised and report it lost once your order has been dispatched.

In terms of customer service I couldn't fault them at all. Polite, courteous, very quick delivery.
However I used to always order the European brand which were spot on. Unfortunately they no longer sell those ones anymore but the same medication by a different brand. So I received my order, speedy delivery and they were indeed a completely different batch, brand and look to the ones I used to get from them. These ones I got instead very were very weak. I mentioned it to them and they offered me a full refund without having the faff of sending the tablets back first too. Sure enough I did receive the refund from them. So I was impressed with that aspect, only wish they had their old Euro brand ones then they would a have a loyal customer in me!
Some of the controlled a had many listed that they did not carry. And the prices were crazy| to many other easy to use iops

Ordered alprazolam, received some pex-2 very shortly after, turned out to be fake. Called them up and was given a refund within a few days.
This is the first place I have ever ordered anything from at all and it (Phentermine 37.5) turned out to be fake. I've had Adipex from my doc before and it worked like a charm until I got pregnant and had to stop taking it. I was really hoping this Phentermine would work as my baby is now 2 and I would like to get back on track! I will say that everything went smoothly. It was very easy to order, I got a phone call to confirm info very quickly and it was shipped in a week! I really wanted them to work so I gave it 3 weeks. I e-mailed them for a refund and they just told me it was refunded yesterday but will take up to 3 weeks to show up on my card. I hope so!

Another sucessful transaction with them. over a 3 yr period.Have made 3 electronics
transactions so far without any problems. I just
used an echeck with them and it doesn't cost me anything... Much
cheaper then a bank wire. I opened a separate checking and just keep
put enough in it to cover the orders that I make. Very simple to use. They gave me instructions. Just submit info to them,like routing and account# They told me delivery would take about 3 weeks and it did but tracking was good. Product was packaged well, had to sign for it.

I take Ambien and the ones I'm getting are like baby aspirin. I can take 6 and not fall asleep. This doesn't happen when I get a refill from a doc here in the U.S. This bums me out as I have been using them for many years. Delivery is a little slow (up to a month). I don't know if I'll keep using them.

I have been using MedstoreOnline for many years. Have always ordered Tramadol, and it has been fine. Recently ordered Phentermine. As usual, it took approx a month to come, and when I started taking it, realized there is no pharmaceutical quality to these pills. Too bad, because I want to lose weight, and need some help. I have also had trouble with their Alprazolam. Years ago it was decent quality. This year when i reordered it after a break of nearly a year, I realized the quality had gone WAY down. Disappointing. I am on the fence if iI should call to complain about the Phentermine. I know their customer service is good, but I don't want to push my luck, since I have no other OP for Tramadol. Its getting hard to come by in the States, due to it becoming scheduled.
Took a month to recive my meds from them very disappionting and the price was 189 but they charged me 194.43 makes no sense they overcharge pplz that is wrong but overall it was what i ordered might order again dont know yet with long shipping and overcharge.

I just tried ordering from this site. Checkout allowed payment via credit card, I entered my information and waited for their call.
They call and tell me payment is being denied by my credit card.
I call said credit card, they tell me there was no charge and nothing was denied.
I call them back they say they’ll try again. Again they say credit card was denied.
Call credit card company get same story, there was no charge denied.
I go through this three times. Them saying the charge is denied, by credit card company saying they have no record of any charges denied or otherwise.
Then I see here on this site that they do not take credit cards, only E-Check.
Were they just playing a game with me? Figuring I’d break down and allow “E-Check”?
There’s no way I’m giving my banking info to some stranger over the phone.

I have to agree. I love their communication problem, but their quality has become terrible. I've ordered the 2mg Alprazolam from them, first time was good. Second order was TERRIBLE. They at least gave me a full refund. So this time I tried their 10 mg lorazepam and it's very, very weak. But since I just asked for a refund, I feel bad asking for another. THeir quality used to be good, but it seems to have gone way down hill now.
I have been a customer for over 5 years. The customer service is outstanding. Whenever I have had a postal issue, I have received a refund or a replacement, no questions asked. I get replies to every email within 24 hours. I order xanax, and for years ordered those from the EU, even when Indian pills were first available. Now it's been over a year since only Indian xanax is available, even though they say they expect to have EU xanax in 2-3 months. Well the Indian xanax varies wildly in quality--even within a single order. I get a small quantity (not enough) prescribed by my doctor and filled by a U.S. pharmacy, so it's not just some old memory--the difference is completely obvious. There may be a fraction of the active ingredient in the Indian pills, but without knowing how much, it's too risky to take several. I love the people and the service so much that I have been loathe to go somewhere else (and frankly, I don't know who else to trust). I explained the problem with them and they kindly shipped replacement pills, but the problem was the same. Whoever they are buying from in India is scamming them, and I do wish they would find someone else. They have lost what must be one of their oldest customers!
I would have given this site a 5 across the board until my last order (just arrived). I have been ordering klonopin from them for many months, and, though it was from India, it was always the real deal. (Brand = "rivtil,' not to be confused with Rivitril by Roche.)
They have changed suppliers now, apparently, though, and the most recent batch ("Onapil-2," mff. by "Cyril Pharma") is either counterfeit or so weak as to be undetectable.
(If you google Onapil-2, you will see many complaints that it is counterfeit or very weak, mostly made of drywall -- uck! -- and that cyril pharma is a bogus company.)
I called customer service and they wanted me to send them a picture of the medication I received before they would even try to resolve the problem, despite the fact that the product is the one now pictured on their own website! And they know exactly when I ordered it, so they know what they sent me. i can't sent them a picture because i don't have the capacity to upload photos to my computer.
The CSr said she would message her manager -- would not give out a name -- and told me to call back Monday.
Meanwhile, I am going into K. withdrawal, as my previous psychiatrist, now in a different state, had me on a much higher dose (for 15 years) than my current psychiatrist is willing to dole out. (He is anti-benzodiazapine and I had to plead with him he gives me just to keep from going into seizures. But that does nothing for my insane anziety level, as he will not consider a taper-down. Sorry, that's not really relevant.)
p.s. Medstore-online is NEVER in stock with EU klonopin, only Indian, and I guess now they have switched to a scam provider. If CS does scrounge up some real klonopin for me, I will change my review, but I must say the woman I talked to sounded pretty clueless and rather unreasonable in her demands. (Send a picture o the medication i received? As noted, they know exactly what they sent me.

So, maybe I jumped the gun in my earlier review. i went back to this website today. Immediately their chat window popped up, and I decided to ask some questions. Come to find out, they no longer have meds from EU and that is why many meds say out of stock. i told the girl they need a new website and she agreed. With this information I re looked over their website and found their meds from India's prices were not so bad. I really want to try their codeine and their alprolazam product. Too bad I just placed an order with another pharmacy that I have used before with success. Next time around i will try these guys. The prices are decent so why not.
This site has nearly tripled its prices. It is only offering a fraction of the controlled meds they used to as of just a month ago. They are reliable and do ship but the prices are way too high now.

In the past 3 months, got a refund for an order never received, and another refund for an order i did receive, but meds were fake. This was the first time in many orders that I have ever received fake meds. They were from india. That being said, customer service is wonderful, their live chat is wonderful, and day or night, i've always been able to chat with someone from customer service. Not sure if i will shop here again, looks like some meds have doubled in price
Their website doesn't show it ( that I saw ) but in "chat" I confirmed that they only do the e-check thing now. Not sure if you all knew....
PS: I ordered in 5/26 and received in the first 2 weeks of June. Northeast, USA. It was my first order. I am satisfied with the product. I do think the packaging ( imo ) could improve a tad, don't want to get too detailed, but if any of you knew "Jim", it's not as good as his packaging....That being said - I am lucky the source exists and am about to place order #2. So, if you are new like I was, I had no issues with it, so by all means, give them a shot ! Good luck :D
This place actually sent me free samples of 2mg Xanax (10 I believe?) and about 5 15mg codeine before I ever placed a order. I was still reading mixed reviews though so was hesitant. Lately though they have turned around and the only complaints can really be of the quality of the Indian-made medications which can be hit or miss. This isn't their fault though, they clearly state which brand is Indian, which is from EU, etc. So if you are a brand snob like most of us are they are a good source. I do find their prices too high though and haven't used them much as of late.
Received medications from this site in about three weeks. Quality is good and customer service is very good. They called me immediately because it was my first order. The only thing here is the prices are very high on certain meds.

I paid 4 order used visa CC declined the payment online at first. So I called them to ok the purchase, since it was out of the country.
Paid for order 6/9 Shipped 6/13 arrived 6/22 by registered mail. I had to sign for package.
Very good communications. The meds were well and discreetly packaged and seemed to be good quality. Orders over $250 have free shipping. which..unfortunately ..I didn't read untill I placed my order. Would use again
I placed an order, received a confirmation page and a few minutes later received what I thought was a confirmation email. However, the email was blank - no content at all. I replied asking what happened, but didn't hear back from them.
Since I hadn't closed the confirmation page (never close it until you receive the email or write down the confirmation number), I went back to the page, but there was no number in the order field...everything was blank.
No charge on my card as yet and I will update after I hear back from them, but that was very strange.
couldn't really rate this because they do not take VISA. whoever wrote the description of this company could save us all a lot of time, by changing the description to TAKES AMEX ONLY.

Had two successful orders that were good quality and very good ship times. Then, after placing my third order I happen to check the status on their site and it was "Declined." Apparently my order was placed "5 days too early," so I was told I had to wait an additional 5 business days to get my money refunded and then re-order again.
I recieved my confirmation email and confirmation phone call and, had I not checked the status on a whim, I would have never known the order was declined.
5 days seems a bit trivial (i can get a refill 5 days early at Walgreens), and the whole process is inconvenient. Needless to say, I'm ordering from another site. If I wanted to deal with petty rules, I wouldn't order on the internet.
I recently purchased 90 1mg xanax and wasn't completely satified with the quality and they are sending me 90 2mg alprazolam free of charge. Very good customer service and fast shipping. The 1mg xanax had xanax in it so they weren't fake.
