I used United Pharmacies around Christmas time and received my order with no glitch, so when a friend that I recommended it to told me that they had found reports of fraud I was naturally quite worried. But after a bit of research I found that there are two sites named United Pharmacies.
The site I used was:

As you can see they are very similar and if you check them out you'll find that they have pretty much identical layouts. I think it's pretty obvious that one of them is an imitation.

I used them to get Finpecia for several years, $45 for 100 pills. Lately I got fraudulent charges on my credit card (for vendosupport.com?) and had to get a new card.

I used a Visa card (my email receipt says "PAYMENT DETAILS Payment Type: Visa", but now I see unitedpharmacies no longer supports credit cards (only wire transfer, cashier's check, or money order). Maybe Visa cut them off for fraud.

I've had good experience with them in past but this time, 5 days after I ordered my VISA card had 4 fraudulent charges at GameLoft in New York ranging in $49 to $99 while I live in California! Need to get a new Visa card with limited credit before my next order.

I order twice from them this year. The first time there was a problem. They were out of stock and could only send half of my order, this after I received conformation and wired the money so I got a store credit. The problem was resolved very well however.

Packaging etc was fine. There was a form on the EMS Speedpost plastic bag with contents but no value indication. The medications look the real thing "made in India".

In my case they shipped from Hong Kong to the Netherlands. The second time my package was hold up by customs two days before releasing it. The trackand trace noted "pending custom inspection". This was the first time I came across this and it freaked me out a bit. Maybe in America you can import a three month supply, here and in most other EU countries it is illegal to import prescription medicines. I am not very happy they put the term "Pharmacy" on the envelop, this could draw extra attention from customs. Since 2000 customs give extra attention to this especially packages send from India.

It took UP five days to process the order and mail it. I got it five days later.

Will order from them again.

Using this IOP will almost certainly see your card details used fraudulently. Was one of the best IOPs out there (good meds, good price) and have used it reliably for quite a while. Card fraud has happened twice to me in the last couple of months (and I can now pinpoint them as the source). You'll probably get the meds you ordered, along with numerous attempts by fraudsters to top-up their phones, buy flights, and hire cars.

One big bolded 'Caveat emptor' - you've been warned ;)

I'd say UP has saved me thousands of dollars in the past three years alone. Their selection is very good, customer service is good. I wasn't surprised to hear about the credit card fraud, yet I would have been upset. It's most likely their payment processor, because online pharmacies are forced to use disreputable processors because of (essentially) US lobbyists. Use entropay or a prepaid card purchased online or at Walgreens Walmart etc. I hope everyone is rating unitedpharmacies.com

I ordered last Monday, got an email then /Fri got an email that it had been shipped with a tracking number from Singapore Post. It left Singapore Fri for me in Thailand. Mon tracking said it was in Thailand and I got it Tuesday.

I called customer service in London and got a machine twice, maybe it is the time difference, but I didn't like that.

The Modalert I got looks real and seems to work OK although a little different then the Sprier modafinil I had before, maybe smoother. Price was the best I have found.

Now I'll have to watch my cc daily, I lowered the credit limit, so whatever happens can't be too bad. I also got a free pen. I will post if there is a cc problem.

Their shop seems to have been compromised by hackers or their management has been taken over by criminals. This shop was the best around until recently.

For people concerned with credit card fraud read my experience. Ok folks, here is my experience. I placed an order for a non-scheduled drug that I use for a neurological condition and it arrived quickly and I am pretty sure it was a genuine product that works. So feeling comfortable ordering with them I order a few weeks later for a larger quantity. Weeks go by and the order doesn't arrive, then we get credit card bill through and we have almost £1,000 spent in goods in England (I do not live in England). The thing is that I and my family NEVER use the card for paying for anything anywhere, the visa card is ONLY used to get money out of the 'hole in the wall' machines. We always use our master card's for buying stuff. The last time this card was used was well over a year ago to buy anything. Realising something was definitely suspicious I checked my email and lo and behold United Pharmacies had sent an email saying we tried to use your credit card but your bank declined it. First of all this gives the game away that when we send information encryted, it is only encrypted from our computer to their computer. Their encrypted connection is not to a bank account, otherwise why would they say 'we tried to use your credit card'? It also gives things away as they were trying to make out that the fraud had occurred before they tried to use the card, trying to mislead me into believing that some other company or person stole the card but this is impossible as they are the only company and people that have had access to the card.
We reported the fraud to our bank and we were fortunate in that the bank refunded the amount that was fraudulently stolen. Anyway I am confident in saying that these people can and do steal credit card information and you use the site at your own risk! Their prices are very good but that reminds me of the saying if it is too good to be true, it probably isn't true,, i.e. they top up their income with credit card fraud!

Ordered some brand name Celebrex and some generic of the same (celoxib or something) for arthritis. (also helps bring down swelling of nasal polyps-bonus). I'm here in the states (NY). Everything delivered in about 10 days or so - no problems. Medicine is genuine as far as I can tell (from packaging and apparent effectiveness). Haven't seen any strange activity on card I used for purchase ( I have been monitoring daily just in case anything pops up and I'm a bit paranoid so I'll keep on top of that for a while longer until I feel more comfortable)
That's pretty much it.

Made several purchases from UP using my partners debit card then some time later he noticed payments coming out of his bank account for o2 mobile phone top ups. Lloyds TSB confirmed it was purchases from this site that were causing the fraud as their payment page/system is not encrypted.

The payments were refunded to him and as I felt bad I upgraded my own bank account (as they don't accept electron cards), first couple of purchases were fine and just the other day over £200 was attempted to be taken from my bank account..again for o2 mobile phone top ups.

Great shame as their zopiclone was ideal for me and I can't find anywhere else that sells it so I've been resorted to purchasing a pre-paid credit card and topping it up at the post office with the exact amount I want to spend on the site. I've no idea if it will work or not. If it doesn't....well I'm not exactly sure what I will do!

Quality of products are great, as are the prices. Customer service and delivery are shockingly bad.

I have used this pharmacy for a while now and find their customer service extreemly helpful. Speedy delivery if requested. I have no problems with this site and am happy to continue using them.

Using United was my first time ordering from an over seas pharm. Shipping was FAST! Took 5 business days (EMS) after my order was placed to land on the West coast of the USA. The accutane I received is great and legit. Used my real card, no problems as of yet.

My experience with United PharmaCIES is they are reputable. Moreover, I'm grateful I can order from them.
Three days ago received "nodict"-- which I used to mix my own low-dose naltrexone (LDN) for auto-immune problems I have. (Please google "low-dose naltrexone" for info about its uses) This company is NOT the one that scams people; apparently it is the company United PharmacY (single form of pharmacy)that has built a negative reputation for itself. United PharmacIES was easy to work with over the phone. Delivery was super prompt. Nodict/naltrexone came packaged in aluminum strip of 10 tablets per strip, in proper box.
It has the proper packaging replete with instructions (but meant for helping people recover from addiction) I'm using it as an 'off label' remedy for neutropenia, chronic fatigue, insomnia,etc. Even Dr. Mercola (the health nut) recommends low-dose naltrexone. I'm also giving it to my dog who has been diagnosed with brain & skin cancer, etc.
I didn't want to go to a regular MD here in Bay area, Calif because it requires more money & energy than I have-- $300 for 1st visit, for example. From United PharmacIES I can get 5 month supply of naltrexone (plus shipping)for $61. and a few pennies. After only 3 nights of taking 1 mg. I already am sleeping better & wake up with less pain. This hasn't been the case for the last 7 years. Thanks for reading.

I have ordered products from this site twice and have had fraudulent charges appear shortly afterwards. The first time the fraudulent charges appeared about two weeks after my purchase (wasn't sure where they were coming from). The second time they started the next day on a new card that had only been used on this site, so I klnow for a fact the fraudulent charges are coming from this site.

I would be very, very, very, very careful about ordering from them.

I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Beware, my only use for my bank debit card was this company. Soon after, I got fraudulent charges, good thing I check my accounts regularly. I had used them before and had no problem before, but either I will take my business elsewhere or may need to get temporary cards with exact amount I wish to charge.

Keep an eye out on your account people!

I received a well packaged, on time, quality product from United Pharmacies. Thus far I would order again. They even sent tracking info and the product arrived sooner than 14 days.
I will post in the future regarding the quality.

I can't vouch for all there products but they look legit mostly generics. They have a good rep and ive never had any fake med from them.

Website easy to use but looks a little cheap could be a better lay out.

Price is average.

Service is good got email confirmation right away and next day got email saying shipped with tracking number.

Delivery time is good i only use the 5 pound shipping service and last time they sent on 31st i received on the 6th and that is with standard 5 pound shipping it has taken up to a week and a half before but still that is pretty good.

Never used an IOP before - was curious to try Modafinil for its cognitive enhancement qualities.

Found United Pharmacies (UK) and ordered Modalert - very reasonable prices and allows small orders so not losing too much cash if product doesn't work ...

Ordered on 12th July: item shipped on 13th, arrived with me on 19th - shipped from Hong Kong to UK. Flat shipping charge of £5.00 - sent registered and tracking no. supplied. No box, just blister packs. Genuine stuff as far as I can tell. Also got the famous free pen!

Website does look a little unsophisticated compared to some other IOPs I looked at. However, they replied in good time to email queries that I had.

i started using this site to order generic accutane when airsealed went down. quality of isotretinoin and zopiclone is good cannot comment on any of the other drugs as that's all I've ordered. one good thing i must say about them uis that if you order to they write on the box that your item costs under 14 pounds so one doesn't have to go to the post office and pay that dam customs charge.

This is the website I used to use - VERY happy with them - excellent prices but the delivery can be a bit on the lengthy time. A small discount is given for repeat customers which is a nice touch.

Sad part is that they no longer sell sibutramine, nor do they sell tramadol (or any other decent pain meds) anymore.

If you want what they happen to stock, the quality and price takes some beating - sadly the range is shrinking though. If anyone knows of another company that has similar prices but does the pain meds and ideally sibutramine, please let me know.

I find it so frustrating when a company starts off with a great range and fab prices - and then starts to shrink the product range down - as you end up being FORCED to hunt elsewhere - and they you might as well buy ALL your stuff from the website which does the lot.

I looked up this site as I had been using Reductil, until it was banned in Europe and nothing else I had tried had such a fantastic result. So I found Slimex, I read a few reviews and checked out the information regarding policy and returns and everything seemed above board so I went ahead and ordered. My Slimex have arrived safe and well. Included with my pills were batch numbers, manufacture and expiry dates along with patient advice like you would expect with a regular prescription. These are supposed to be prescription drugs and that would be my only concern but as I have used reductil before I know what to expect and would not imagine that anyone that hasn't used similar before would bother.

Once again I would like to confirm I do not work for the company, am not a scammer, just a 26 year old from the UK who is desperate to lose a few pounds with something I know works but is no longer available.

I am really impressed with their customer service.They actually called me when they found my shipping address was incomplete! I look forward to the shipment and doing business with them in the future.

I only have had good experince with United Pharmacies. I doubt if they rip you off like that. There are some companies have similar names which can be easily mixed up.

Very impressed indeed I have been a user of Inhouse for almost a year and decided to give United a try, what can I say just 6 working days after placing my order it was delivered! There prices are very good siterone for example at InHouse is £38 for 50x50mg tablets where as at United it is £25. Also there Microgest is £31 for 100x100mg as opposed to InHouse's £38.



My biggest regret is not having brought from them sooner! I gave customer service and reliability a 4 because I have not used there customer services and ordered only once so rating 5 out of 5 is a bit much at the moment.



I also got sent a free 7 day pill dispenser to hold my weekly supply in. Well done United-Pharmacies!

My last post regarding my order was on the 16.12.09



But I did in fact; finally get a confirmation email albeit a week late...



And my HRT order was split into 2 packages, and both came through fine/safe within an 18 day time frame. So for me they have delivered as promised, well packaged.



United cannot be beaten on prices, as to the issue of counterfeit meds, even the UK NHS suffers from generic counterfeits....



(Crime syndicates in Asia are highly-proficient at seeding fakes)... so this is a challenge for all meds users...



And as they say....if in doubt, don't!

My order was I think a little delayed by pre-Xmas mail but I'm happy to say all my meds arrived in this mornings post. United Pharmacies get my thanks and appreciation - a tolerably good service and the meds are good quality too.

I placed an order first week of 11/3/2009 and received my order on 11/22/2009 .. no confirmation email though..

I ordered Zopicon generic. The first time I only ordered 20 to see what happened. Email within 24 hours of order (they are in a different timezone. After a week I emailed and got a reply next day to say my order had been sent and giving a tracking number for Hong Kong post. It left Hong Kong on 18 September and was delivered in UK on 23 in a little box with a description of Health Product. I orderered again on 28 September and no confirmation email this time but my order was described on website as 'queued'. I emailed twice and eventually got a reply to say they had sent a confirmatory email and my order had been despatched, again with a tracking number. It left Hong Kong on 2 Oct and was delivered today 12 Oct. The Zopiclone is genuine and works just like the Zimmovane branded.



I would recommend United Pharmacies although their admin is a little wonky. I would also say that both orders still show on their website as 'queued'. I reckon it takes the full 14 days from ordering to be delivered in UK. However, we do have a partial postal strike at the moment, so I don't know if that is affecting deliveries.



Will definitely order again.

Got to say this company has always been very professional to me. When I had a non-arrival, another one was sent out immediately.

A friend and I tried United Pharmacies. We received the product in time and we compared it with the description we found on other websites and it matched. Also, I had ordered too many and asked them to cancel my order: they answered my query the day after and returned the money straight away. They seem reliable and efficient.

My order arrived in a very reasonable amount of time, very quick. My biggest complaint is there is no customer service, not bad, just none. First, I receive no order confirmation. Was the order placed? Processed? Shipped? After filling out website contact forms, sending emails and making phone calls to both the US and UK offices I have not received one reply.

People rely on these medications and need confirmation that their order has been given attention, otherwise they will find a more reliable source. I was about to order my meds from another company when my UP order arrived at my door.

Very pleased with this compny. I used the uk site, sent them first an email to inquire if my meds were in stock and received an answer within 24 hours.

So I went ahead with my order and received it today, less than a week later. It came from Hong Kong, well packaged and discret.

I will use them again and hopefully will get the same great service.

I sent an email Wed. at 11:30am inquiring about Tamiflu and received a reply the next day indicating that they were out of stock but sending me a link to their UK website which has a generic version available. I have used this pharmacy before and found them to easy to work with and my orders filled promptly.

Have ordered from them for a few years now. They have a really good guy in cust svc. Orders do occasionally go astray for some reason, but they reship immediately - no questions asked. Dely is 2 to 2-1/2 weeks to US, so it takes a while.

Using this pharmacy was the first time I bought on-ine. Shipping time is long... 7-14days. My initial order got lost in the mail which made me suspicious. I called Customer Service and they got back to me within 24hrs and offered to resend my order free of charge and upgrade to expedited shipping. The package finally arrived 7-days later postmarked airmail from India with no return address. The product packaging looks legit and hopefully the drug is not counterfeit. I'm still waiting to see what my benefit/reaction is from using it. If all goes well, I'd give this pharmacy a great rating and will purchase again because their customer service and pricing is great. The only drawback is the long shipping time.
